Handmade olive wood boards, bowls and utensils

Our Rhodes collection features natural handmade olive wood products from the Mediterranean! Olive wood trees grow with twisted and gnarled branches which creates beautiful designs in the wood grain. These products are all natural, with no treatments or chemicals used in the making of these. Each piece is made from a single piece of olive wood for a seamless finish. Hand wash and occasionally rub with olive oil.

Rhodes Collection | Olive Wood

our finest product

Rhodes, Greece

On a pretty evening on the island of Rhodes, my husband and I dined over delicious courses and delectable wine in a courtyard under the stars.
As I paused during my entree our Greek waiter encouraged me to finish my dinner with, "This is where your strength comes from!" He told me that's what his grandmother would tell him as a little boy when he couldn't finish his meals.

As it is on many Greek islands, the markets in Rhodes are captivating and endless treasures abound if you're willing to look for them. I instantly fell in love with the olive wood bowls, boards and utensils I found and knew I wanted them in my own kitchen as a reminder of the incredible food we had on Rhodes. These pieces are endlessly unique and will make a wonderful addition to your tabletop. I would ask you to trust me on this, but I'd rather you decide for yourself!

Why our Olive Wood?

Olive wood is a hardwood native to the Mediterranean area that is dense and durable enough for everyday use.

There are no chemicals or sealants used on the wood, so it's as natural as it gets! It is also nonporous so germs and odors are not retained.

All products are made from a single piece of wood -- they are seamless and no two pieces are alike!
