Angel Food Cake Dessert Board
Spring is here and with it comes the return of delicious berries and fruit! Take advantage of summer produce and create this Angel Food Cake Dessert Board for your next brunch or weekend party.
This fun and patriotic board features bananas, strawberries, blueberries, raspberries and blackberries. Whipped cream tops it off for a complete dessert! Let your guests choose their own adventure and select their favorite fruits to top their angel food cake.
- Angel Food cake
- 2 bananas
- 8 oz blueberries
- 8 oz blackberries
- 8 oz raspberries
- 8 oz strawberries
- Whipped Cream
- Mint sprig to garnish
Slice angel food cake and arrange around a bowl for whipped cream. Slice bananas and strawberries. Arrange neatly on a serving board. (We like this one because it has a raised lip to keep the berries from rolling off!) Fill center bowl with whipped cream, garnish with a mint sprig and enjoy! Remember a little serving spoon for dishing out the whipped cream. It's that simple!
