Super Simple Charcuterie Board for Two

You + your honey + a delicious spread of meat and cheese. Could there be anything more fun? Here is a super simple charcuterie board for two.

It's easy to go overboard at the grocery store when choosing from all the delicious meats and cheeses that they have to offer. Show some restraint and keep it to one or two of each. Be super intentional with your choices and choose pairings that will work well together.

Super Simple Charcuterie Board for Two

Ingredients:

  • Prosciutto
  • Blue Cheese
  • Blackberries
  • Water Crackers
  • Pistachios

Directions: Starting from one end, roll your prosciutto horizontially to create prosciutto rosettes. Arrange items on your serving board starting with the largest items, in this case our wedge of blue cheese. Add the prosciutto rosettes, line up the crackers, and fill in with pods of pistachios and blackberries. Voila! Super Simple Charcuterie Board for Two!
