If you're hosting a Harry Potter movie night, it better include homemade butterbeer! Creamy, butterscotchy and delicious. This instant classic is next up on our Fall Snacks Series.
1 c. heavy whipped cream
1/2 c. powdered sugar
1/4 tsp caramel extract
1.5 ounces of spiced rum or whiskey per serving of butterbeer
1. Beat heavy whipping cream in stand mixer until stiff peaks form.
2. Add powdered sugar and caramel extract and mix well.
3. Combine cream soda, caramel, and butter extracts. Add rum or whiskey if making alcoholic butterbeer.
4. Serve cream soda topped with plenty of caramel whipped cream.
